‍Responsibilities:
- Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs for campaigns and content strategies
- Analyze and report on social media and influencer campaign performance
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Integrate insights into content creation and community management processes
- Conduct social audits, audience research, and competitive analysis
- Provide relevant data and insights to support pitch development
- Perform content analysis and evaluate results based on measurable outcomes
- Present findings clearly to clients and internal teams
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on TikTok and Meta platforms
- Advise on SEO strategies informed by performance data
- Work across multiple clients and projects to deliver data-driven optimizations
- Collaborate closely with account and campaign teams to drive client success
- Promote innovation by applying emerging technologies and data-led creativity

Requirements:‍
- Minimum of 2-4 years work experience in a data role, preferably within a social/digital agency;
- Experience and strong knowledge of the digital marketing and social media industry;
- Dashboarding Skills; proven experience creating and managing dashboards;
- Hands-on experience working with (paid) social advertising platforms, especially TikTok and Meta;
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations;
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic data initiatives that drive business outcomes;
- Client-focused: Strong client management skills with the ability to present data insights and strategic recommendations effectively;
- A team player, well-organized and strong initiative taker when it comes to setting up new projects and innovations. Comfortable working independently.
