Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities:
- Scheduling meetings;
- Preparing agendas;
- Documenting minutes.

Act as Internal Project Lead:
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including talent and content, to achieve project goals.

Monitor project progress:
- Identify potential risks or issues;
- Proposing solutions to mitigate them.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and practices.

Stay informed about industry trends and Gen-Z preferences:
- Provide valuable insights;
- Contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in account and project management, digital marketing, and related areas.

Participate in client strategy sessions aimed at enhancing growth and performance.

Assist in budget planning and management for client projects:
- Monitoring expenses
- Ensuring profitability.

Track project expenses:
- Reconcile invoices;
- Provide regular financial updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Support the post-project analysis and performance reviews to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Gather client feedback and insights to inform future strategies and enhance campaign performance.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role, preferably within a social/digital agency;

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams;

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written;

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

- Proactive and results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences;

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;

- Passion for digital and social media, with an understanding of Gen-Z culture;

- Proficiency in Google tools;

- Familiarity with Project Management systems;

- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, content marketing, and campaign analytics;

- Good client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationships;

- Fluency in Dutch and English;

- Availability for full-time work.
