Brand Partnerships Intern

Join our
team

You will work closely with our Brand Partnerships Managers and get a behind-the-scenes look at the full new business process. From the first briefing and brainstorm to creating a pitch deck, preparing a budget proposal and presenting the final idea to the client.

You will be given plenty of responsibility, learn how to connect creative ideas to commercial opportunities and contribute to projects for brands that want to grow on social media.

What you'll be doing: 
- Support the Brand Partnerships Team with ongoing pitches and new business projects.
- Research brands, target audiences, social trends, competitors and relevant market developments.
- Help translate client briefings into clear, creative and strategic proposals.
- Contribute to brainstorms and help develop social-first campaign concepts.
- Support the creation and design of pitch decks and proposals.
- Help prepare budgets, quotations and project timelines.
- Proactively look for new brands, leads and collaboration opportunities.
- Prepare client meetings and presentations, and join meetings and pitches whenever possible.
- Work together with our Strategy, Creative, Talent, Production, Data and Paid Media teams.
- Help keep track of actions, deadlines and feedback across different new business projects.
- Stay up to date with trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Who you are:
- Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, commercial economics, media, creative business or a similar field.
- Looking for a hands-on internship for a minimum of five months.
- A strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, advertising and youth culture.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to quickly spot opportunities for brands and creators.
- Enjoys developing ideas and presenting them in a clear and convincing way.
- Works in a structured way and can keep an overview when multiple projects are running at the same time.
- Strong writing skills in both Dutch and English, with an eye for detail.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva.
- Curious, proactive and not afraid to share ideas or opinions.
- Takes responsibility and does not wait for someone else to give direction.
- Closely follows social trends and understands why certain content works.
- Available for at least four days per week.
