What will you be doing?:‍

Dashboarding and Analytics:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards using tools such as Google Sheets, Looker/Google Data Studio and Meltwater.
- Support performance tracking and real-time insights reporting.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for client portfolio
- Provide support for insights shared in For You Academy sessions, Culture Reports, and Masterclasses.

Platform Analytics.
- Collaborate with teams to improve the use of advanced analytics tools for TikTok and Meta platforms.

Content Optimization through Data:
- Work on integrating data insights into content creation processes to support creative strategies
- Help track and steer the effectiveness of community management strategies.

Process optimisation
- Set up and simplify data processes on Google Sheets and Looker to improve For You Agency data flows to various teams (Content, Account, Brand Partnership, etc.)
‍Who are you?:
‍- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in the impact of data.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Gets excited about simplifying/automating/structuring big sets of data (in excel/google sheets)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Data Studio, Meltwater, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
