What you'll be doing:

Are you the friend who designs everyone's birthday cards? Can you spot a brand refresh before anyone else? Do misaligned text boxes keep you up at night? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for.

As our Design Intern, you'll work alongside our Creative and New Business teams, helping bring ideas to life through pitch decks, presentations, social content, and branded assets. But this isn't a coffee-run kind of internship, you'll be part of the team from day one.

You'll learn by doing, get a behind-the-scenes look at how creative projects come to life, and collaborate with designers, strategists, copywriters, and our social team. We'll challenge you to grow, encourage you to ask questions, and give you the space to share your own ideas. Fresh perspectives are always welcome here.

Along the way, you'll sharpen your design skills, learn how to work within brand identities, and discover what it takes to create work that's not only beautiful, but also effective.

What you'll be doing day-to-day

• Create and refine presentations, pitch decks, and creative assets.
• Design social content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Learn from experienced creatives and get involved in real client projects.
• Contribute your own ideas during brainstorms and creative sessions.
• Fine-tune layouts, typography, and visuals with a sharp eye for detail.
• Help maintain templates and prepare campaign assets.
• Stay on top of design trends, social media, and digital culture.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, copywriters, and the social team.

What we're looking for

• You have a good eye for design, typography, composition, and detail.
• You're curious, eager to learn, and excited to develop your creative skills.
• You enjoy working within brand guidelines while adding your own creative touch.
• You're the type of person who notices when something is one pixel off.
• You speak fluent Dutch and have strong written English skills.
• You're familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• You're proactive, organised, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
