About the role

As TikTok Shop Manager, you are the specialist in this field and responsible for the day-to-day performance and commercial execution of a portfolio of brands on TikTok Shop. You own the full social commerce cycle - from affiliate recruitment and content performance analysis to paid media optimisation, UGC creator activation, GMV tracking, and weekly brand reporting. You report to the Data Lead and collaborate closely with the account, data, and creative teams to continuously improve commercial results.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise the brand partnerships/new business team on how to best integrate TikTok Shop and social commerce into strategies and pitches
  • Set KPIs in pitches and new proposals/quotations
  • Set up and own the full social commerce cycle of brand channels for our portfolio brands, acting as a sparring partner and advisor for our clients on TikTok Shop and commerce
  • Monitor weekly GMV performance across your brand portfolio, analyse results, identify drivers, and set clear action priorities
  • Execute affiliate creator recruitment at scale (50–100 new contacts per brand per week), from outreach to activation
  • Run creator campaigns and UGC content in collaboration with the campaign team
  • Review and score affiliate content weekly on CTR, watch time, and CVR, identify winning formats and translate insights into updated creator briefs
  • Activate Spark Ads within 48 hours on top-performing organic content to maximise reach and conversion
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Spark Ads, Shop Ads, GMV Max), scaling winners and cutting underperformers within agreed ROAS guardrails
  • Deliver a weekly performance update to each brand, including GMV vs target, content insights, affiliate pipeline status, and key risks

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in consumer-facing e-commerce, preferably with ownership of a brand's online sales channel
  • Strong knowledge of commercial levers such as conversion rate, AOV, margin, and inventory management
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop or strong affinity with social commerce, marketplace management, or creator-led e-commerce
  • Experience with affiliate or creator pipelines: recruitment at scale, commission structures, and performance-based content evaluation
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop paid media (Spark Ads, GMV Max, Shop Ads)
  • Strong communicator in both Dutch and English
  • Able to manage multiple brand portfolios and run multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing commercial focus or operational discipline
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills towards clients and the team
