Responsibilities:
- Research and identify influencers (micro, macro, and celebrity) whose audiences align with brand objectives and target demographics;
- Conduct outreach, negotiate collaborations, and manage influencer contracts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators, fostering loyalty and trust;
- Plan, execute, and oversee influencer campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube;
- Develop detailed campaign briefs, ensuring influencers understand brand goals, tone, and messaging;
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to guarantee smooth campaign execution;
- Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and advertising regulations;
- Monitor campaign performance by analyzing engagement, reach, and conversion data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations;
- Compile and present post-campaign reports to clients and internal stakeholders;
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and satisfaction throughout all campaign phases;
- Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs and long-term growth potential;

‍Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in the creator/influencer industry
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, digital marketing channels, social media trends, cultural relevance and experience leading successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and relationship building/communication skills
- Creative judgment, strong eye for detail and content
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with a strong focus on client success.
- Experience in budget management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
