We’re looking for a Social & Influencer Data Marketeer who knows how to turn numbers into narratives and insights into scroll-stopping campaigns. You’ll turn the intersection of data, creativity, and culture into real impact for brands on social media.
Data & Insights Lead
The Data & Insights Lead plays a key role in strengthening For You Agency’s social-first strategies by turning data into actionable insights. This new role combines hands-on analytics with strategic ownership and is designed to grow into a team lead position over time. You will use data to inform decision-making, optimise content and campaign performance, and improve client outcomes, while gradually building the foundations of a scalable data & insights proposition to fuel growth and innovation.
Talent Project Manager
As a Talent Project Manager, you manage multiple For You Agency creators and lead the setup and execution of social media campaigns. You translate social strategies into creative content and campaigns. You take ownership of new projects (from TV and film to books and YouTube), and support the long-term development of each talent’s profile.
Sr. Strategist
As a Senior Strategist, you translate client ambitions into effective strategies. You look at the bigger picture and help define the annual brand strategy. You support New Business initiatives and help shape the overall vision. You are responsible for the strategic quality of our work. Acting as the strategic bridge between the agency, partners, and (potential) clients, you ensure our work is data-driven, culturally relevant, and impactful.
