Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance our propositions
- Work closely with the brand partnerships team to integrate data & insights into our strategy and client process 
- Focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio and Meltwater.
- Provide real-time insights and performance tracking.
- Reporting and KPI setting. 
- Create actionable insights from data analysis
- Provide clients with deep understanding and recommendations for optimizing their investments.
- Fueling insights for our For You Academy, Culture Reports & Masterclasses. 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok, Meta and YT
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and insights. 
- Drive Partnerships and innovation
- Integrate data insights into content creation and community management processes 
- Enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Build a custom kpi and tooling proposition that sets us apart from competitors
- Select and implement advanced analytics tools and automation systems 
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-8 years work experience in a data role, preferably within a social/digital agency;
- Experience and strong knowledge of the digital marketing and social media industry;
- Dashboarding Skills; proven experience creating and managing dashboards using Google Data Studio;
- Hands-on experience working with (paid) social advertising platforms, especially TikTok and Meta;
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations;
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic data initiatives that drive business outcomes;
- Client-focused: Strong client management skills with the ability to present data insights and strategic recommendations effectively;
- A team player, well-organized and strong initiative taker when it comes to setting up new projects and innovations. Comfortable working independently.
