Data Strategy Insights:  

• Use data to support and improve content, community and brand strategies
• Work closely with the brand partnerships team to integrate insights into client strategies
• Focus on measurable outcomes and continuous optimisation

Dashboard Creation and Reporting:

• Build, maintain and improve dashboards using tools such as Meltwater
• Provide clear performance tracking and insights
• Define KPIs and reporting frameworks

Insights Generation:

• Analyse social, content and campaign data to generate actionable insights
• Translate data into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams
• Provide insights for our For You Academy, Culture Reports and Masterclasses

‍

Platform Analytics and Partnerships:  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok, Meta and YT
• Utilize advanced analytics tools and insights.
• Drive Partnerships and innovation

‍

Data-Driven Content:  

• Integrate insights into content creation and community management processes
• Help build a distinctive KPI and insights approach
• Improve tooling, workflows and automation where relevant

‍

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in a data, analytics or insights role, preferably within a social/digital agency;
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media;
• Proven experience with dashboarding;
• Hands-on experience with paid social advertising platforms, especially TikTok and Meta; 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights;
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach;
• Client-focused, comfortable presenting data insights and strategic recommendations effectively;
• Ambition to grow into a team lead role over time;
• A team player, proactive, well-organised and comfortable working independently
