Responsibilities
- Full ownership of finance operations and accounting within a fast-growing agency. This
includes processing purchase and sales invoices, expense claims and payments, maintaining
the general ledger, and safeguarding financial accuracy within the systems.
- Responsible for monthly reporting, year-end close and cash flow planning.
- Preparing quarterly reports for the business.
- Assisting with annual budget forecasting.
- Acting as a financial sparring partner to the Management Team, including financial
forecasting and strategic financial advice.
- Serving as the financial point of contact for the New Business, HR and Office teams with
regular check-ins and evaluations.
- Managing VAT/ICP declarations and year-end closing processes.
- Supporting improvements in reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Docs, Excel and Exact Online.
- Experience with GetMoss is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Organized and independent working style.
- Motivated to work in a young and dynamic team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights.

- Working hours: 36–40 per week (to be discussed)
- Salary: to be determined, depending on experience and seniority
- Required years of work experience: 4–6 years
- Required level of education: Bachelor’s degree
