Responsibilities:
-Support daily operational HR processes and ensure smooth execution of HR
policies and programs.
-Act as a first point of contact for employees, Team Leads, and Management on
performance, wellbeing, and HR questions.
-Ensure legal compliance in HR policies, contracts, and employee relations and
provide guidance and support to Management
-Collaborate closely with the HR Administrator
-Handling administrative tasks, employees guidance and insurance processing,
regarding occupational health and long-term absenteeism
-Support Team Leads and Management in effectively managing their team and
partner closely on people strategy, culture and organizational change.
-Develop and implement effective training programs/ workshops in collaboration
with Management to enhance the skills, capabilities and vitality of our team
members.
-Identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance
employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
-Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
-Oversee and manage the recruitment processes in collaboration with the HR
Administrator, Team Leads and Management.
-Lead initiatives and new projects to foster a positive and inclusive work
environment.
Requirements:
-4 - 5 years of experience in a similar HR role and a strategic mindset.
-Extensive experience in all aspects of HR management, including recruitment,
talent development, employee relations, performance management, and
compliance.
-Capability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans and initiatives to
drive organizational growth and success.
-Organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks,
priorities, and projects efficiently
-Strong communication skills to effectively engage with senior leadership,
stakeholders, and employees, fostering positive relationships.
-Fluent in Dutch and English.
-Independent, proactive and flexible attitude.
-Available for 2 days per week
