Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end production of creative projects and social shoots
- Plan timelines, budgets, and resources and keep everything (and everyone) on track
- Ensure our recurring shoots run smoothly every single month
- Source and secure talent, crew, equipment, and locations
- Work closely with Allround Creatives, Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters to bring concepts to life, ensuring the vision aligns with client goals and is feasible within production constraints.
- Solve problems fast and keep the energy positive even when timelines shift

Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in production
- Familiarity with production workflows, tools, and media formats
- Driver's license
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- A proactive mindset: you don’t wait, you anticipate
- Passion for production and creativity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with changing priorities.
