Medior Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and industry, providing strategic insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals through tailored marketing strategies.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client campaigns, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, analytics, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of client work. Lead cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Focus on client satisfaction and retention by delivering measurable results. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional agency services to drive revenue growth.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients. Use data and insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

Manage account budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project financials. Ensure projects are delivered within scope and profitability targets.

Proactively address any client concerns or issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions that maintain strong relationships.

Participate in new business pitches and client presentations, offering strategic insights and account management expertise.
- New initiatives to optimize workflows and stimulate growth of business. 

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in account management within a digital, creative, or marketing agency.
- Experience in managing accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and experience leading successful campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and delivering strong client outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with a strong focus on client success.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
