Office Manager (16-24 hrs)

Responsibilities:
- Be a (co) point of contact for colleagues for anything office related
- Manage the office mailbox and route questions to the right people
- Keep track of office supplies, groceries and daily essentials
- Make sure the office stays tidy, welcoming and always stocked (coffee, snacks, essentials)
- Prepare desks and make sure everything is ready on day one for new coworkers
- Prepare and send corporate gifts and packages
- Help organize team incentives, outings and internal events (Christmas, Sinterklaas, drinks, etc.)
- Proactively contribute ideas
- Provide light PA support to leadership
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Prepare meeting rooms and help meetings run smoothly (coffee/tea/lunch)

Requirements:
- Around 1–3 years experience in Office / Administrative support role
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and hands-on mentality
- Comfortable switching between tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and approachable attitude
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Available 2–3 days per week
- Independent, proactive and flexible attitude.
