People & Culture Manager (24 hrs)

Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operational P&C and HR processes that ensure smooth execution of policies and programs
- Act as a first point of contact for employees, Team Leads, and Management on performance, wellbeing, and HR questions
- Ensure legal compliance in HR policies, contracts, and employee relations and provide guidance and support to Management
- Collaborate closely with the HR Administrator
- Handle administrative tasks, employee guidance and insurance processing regarding occupational health
- Support Team Leads and Management in effectively managing their teams and partner closely on people strategy, culture, and organizational development
- Strengthen employee engagement and help foster a positive, open and feedback-driven culture
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance employee satisfaction, wellbeing, and organizational effectiveness
- Develop and implement HR and People strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee and manage the recruitment processes in collaboration with the HR Administrator, Team Leads and Management, with a strong focus on employer branding
- Drive and improve onboarding experiences to ensure a strong start for new team members
- Develop and implement effective training programs and workshops in collaboration with Management to enhance the skills, capabilities and growth of our team members
- Lead initiatives and new projects that foster a positive, inclusive, and strong company culture

Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years of experience in a similar P&C role with a strategic mindset
- Extensive experience in all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Capability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans and initiatives to drive organizational growth and strengthen culture
- Organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects efficiently
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with senior leadership, stakeholders, and employees, fostering positive relationships
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Independent, proactive and flexible attitude
- Available for 3 days per week
