Sr. Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Strategic Account Leadership: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and industry, providing strategic insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals through tailored marketing strategies.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client campaigns, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, analytics, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of client work. Lead cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Client Retention & Growth: Focus on client satisfaction and retention by delivering measurable results. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional agency services to drive revenue growth.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients. Use data and insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
- Financial Management: Manage account budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project financials. Ensure projects are delivered within scope and profitability targets.
- Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Proactively address any client concerns or issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions that maintain strong relationships.
- New Business Support: Participate in new business pitches and client presentations, offering strategic insights and account management expertise.
- Process Optimization & Innovation: New initiatives to optimize workflows and stimulate growth of business. 

Requirements:
-
4+ years of experience in account management within a digital, creative, or marketing agency.
- Experience in managing a small team/jr team members.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and experience leading successful campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and delivering strong client outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with a strong focus on client success.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
