Responsibilities:

• Translate client briefings into compelling creative and strategic campaign proposals
• Collaborate with data and insights team to turn audience, category, and platform insights into strategic decisions
• Lead and manage our other strategists, setting a clear strategic vision and elevating them to ensure high-quality output
• Conduct in-depth brand, market, and competitive analyses
• Work closely with creatives (Allround Creatives, Producers, Copy and Design) to bring strategies to life
• Stay ahead of digital, platform, and cultural trends
• Create and present impactful pitch decks to clients and contribute actively to new business development

Requirements:‍

• 7+ years of experience in the creative industry, preferably within digital, social or (influencer) marketing agencies
• Proven experience in developing and leading successful creative strategies and concepts, from insight to execution
• Strong skills in leading pitches and creating compelling, story-driven pitch decks.
• Deep understanding of social media and creator marketing, with a first-mover mindset on platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Youtube
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and challenging strategists and cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to translate data, insights, and analytics into clear strategic directions.
• Affinity with youth culture, digital trends, and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
