Responsibilities:
- Data management of different industry accounts across the year for Social content and influencer marketing campaigns 
- Data consultancy of social channels and implementation of optimised strategies while maintaining creative consistency
- Independent ownership of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads and their tools
- Paid Campaign monitoring and on-going optimisation based on campaign objectives and performance metrics (CPM, CPE, CPC, CPA) across industries, markets and channels, including strategic audience targeting and budget optimisation in always-on campaigns. 
- KPI frameworks and estimates based on content volume, seasonality and in-house data, filtered by channel, market, audience size and industry
- Daily performance monitoring and direct, actionable feedback to clients
- Insights and recommendations based on content performance across different marketing funnel phases
- In-depth analysis of market behaviour, results breakdown, campaign sentiment and successful creative approaches for future campaigns
- Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly inform strategy, content creation and community management
- Close collaboration with account and campaign teams to drive measurable growth and optimal client results
- Development and optimization of data, performance and reporting workflows, and contribution to internal thought leadership
- Mentorship of junior team members and support in talent selection and onboarding
