About the role:
As a Social Media & Community Manager, you're social-native, highly organized, and always aware of what's happening online. Your core focus will be supporting the day-to-day management of social channels for our biggest brands, spotting opportunities in culture and on social platforms, and helping build engaged and active communities around our brands.
With around 2-3 years of experience in social media, content, and community management, you understand what performs on social platforms and know how to spot trends before they peak. You enjoy being in the details, keeping channels up to date, and making sure brands show up consistently and relevantly across social media.You’re a strong copywriter with a sharp understanding of social platforms and online communities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media channels for multiple brands
- Monitor social platforms daily and identify relevant trends, conversations, formats, and opportunities that brands can tap into
- Support community management across channels by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in line with each brand's tone of voice
- Work closely with Content Strategists and Creatives to ensure social channels remain active, relevant, and aligned with ongoing campaigns and always on channels
- Track platform developments, new features, and cultural moments, and proactively share opportunities with the team
- Monitor community sentiment and flag relevant feedback, questions, or opportunities to the team
- Bring fresh ideas and social-first thinking to everything from community engagement to content opportunities
Requirments
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in social media, community management, content marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- You have a sharp eye for trends, internet culture, and emerging social formats
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple social channels simultaneously
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy taking ownership of day-to-day social operations.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools is an advantage.
- You have a genuine passion for social media, creators, and online communities.
