Responsibilities:
- Manage and represent the new generation of Dutch (online) creators;
- Source and attract top talent from diverse channels such as social media and industry events;
- Manage onboarding of new talents, ensuring a smooth transition into the agency;
- Act as the main point of contact for creators, brands, and external vendors;
- Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end: from negotiation, concepting, budgeting, and planning to execution and evaluation;
- Manage bigger creator projects as in books, tv-shows, YouTube channels and many more; 
- Foster positive talent & client relationships and grow a strong industry network;
- Lead and manage Talent strategy sessions to drive growth and performance, while supporting Junior Talent Managers in their development;
- Oversee and execute administrative tasks such as contracts, legal compliance, and reporting;
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, while fostering an innovative and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in talent management, influencer marketing, digital media or a related creative field;
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders;
- Commercial mindset with a track record in driving revenue growth;
- Deep understanding of social media & creator marketing, especially TikTok and Gen Z audience behavior;
- Knowledge of talent management legal matters and contracts in the digital industry;
- Fluent in Dutch & English, spoken and written;
- Living in or near Amsterdam is a plus.
