Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and further develop the For You Studios proposition
- Format development: creating long-form formats, streamer content, high-quality productions, and YouTube formats for creators and brands
- Integrating YouTube partnerships within our Studios services
- Creating, developing, and presenting decks and creative proposals
- Actively participating in pitch processes (supported by the new business team)
- Proactively developing concepts and opportunities for both creators and brands
- Building a strong Studios team and managing a flexible freelance pool
- Setting up productions: planning, organising and supervising, and selecting the creators involved
- Maintaining oversight, safeguarding quality, and taking final responsibility for successful creative delivery
- Full Studios ownership, including achieving the shared 2026 objectives and growth targets.

Requirements:
- Experience with content development, studio productions or creative formats (preferably within YouTube, social, or entertainment)
- Strong in concepting, format development and creative storytelling
- Experience leading productions and collaborating with creators, makers and freelancers
- Strategically and operationally strong, hands-on; you easily switch between vision and execution
- Presentation skills: able to translate ideas convincingly into decks and pitches
- Entrepreneurial, creative, and flexible, able to grow both a team and a new proposition
- Knowledge of YouTube, the creator economy, and brand communication is a clear plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Available for at least 32 hours per week
