Responsibilities:
- Reach out to leads and prospects proactively to generate new talent-led deals;
- Build new relationships with companies/brands with a strong focus on creating opportunities for our talents;
- Use your personal network to attract new clients and match them with relevant creators;
- Translate client and talent briefings into creative and strategic proposals;
- Initiate creative brainstorms with other team members to concept strong creator-focused campaigns;
- Be responsible for multiple proposals and pitches at the same time;
- Create pitch decks and pitch to clients from all over the world, representing our talents in the best possible way;
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables and other partnership details on behalf of our creators;
- Be responsible for communicating the brand partnership clearly to the Talent and Account team;
- Work with KPIs and revenue targets focused on talent deal growth.
- Closely work with the Talent and Brand Partnerships team to create synergies.

Requirements:
- 3–4 years work experience in a creative, digital, advertising or marketing environment;
- Experience or education in (digital) marketing and strong knowledge of digital and influencer marketing;
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in sales within the advertising, creator or creative industry;
- Excellent pitch deck creation skills, with the ability to turn strategic and creative ideas into compelling slides;
- Deep understanding of social media & creator marketing; first-mover when it comes to platform trends and features on TikTok, Instagram and more;
- A strong network in the advertising & brand industry;
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting/pitching;
- Advanced social skills, a team player and well-organized;
- Independent, driven, creative, strategic and responsible;
- Comfortable working with revenue targets and talent deal KPIs;
- Fluent in Dutch & English, written and spoken.
