Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of For You Agency creators;
- Set up and manage influencer and social media campaigns end-to-end: from concepting, budgeting, and project planning to execution and evaluation;
- Lead and execute talent-related projects such as TV series, movies, books, YouTube productions, and other creative opportunities;
- Contribute on a strategic level to the long-term growth and positioning of your talents’ (online) brands;
- Think creatively about content and social strategies, always aligned with each creator’s authentic tone of voice;
- Generate ideas for learning & development opportunities for talents, including traditional media and new growth channels;
- Analyze talent performance, metrics, and data to identify growth opportunities and optimize results;
- Support creative concepts with data and pricing, including KPI-setting and CPM calculations;
- Optimize and stimulate talent revenue and sales opportunities;
- Foster strong and long-term relationships with talents, clients, and industry partners;
- Lead and implement talent strategy sessions focused on growth and performance;
- Handle administrative and legal matters such as contracts, filings, paperwork, packages, and mail;
- Lead and guide Talent Interns and Trainees in their development.
- Source and attract new talent via social media, industry events, and your own network;
- Manage onboarding of new talents, ensuring a smooth and professional start within the agency;
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, digital media, or a related field;
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Passion for talent management, social media, influencer marketing, and Gen-Z culture;
- Strategic and commercial mindset with an eye for growth opportunities;
- Affinity with budgeting, financial management, and basic data analysis;
- Basic legal knowledge, including contract creation and completion;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM / project management tools;
- Ability to build strong talent and client relationships and maintain a valuable network;
- Fluent in Dutch & English, spoken and written;
- Available for full-time work.
