Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end production of all YouTube content for our in-house talents (e.g. Duncan, Levi, and others)
- Plan and manage timelines, budgets, and resources while keeping all stakeholders aligned
- Source and secure talent, crew, equipment, and locations for each shoot
- Beyond production logistics, you safeguard creative quality and actively contribute to ideas, scripts, and formats
- Lead and manage the intern team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, empowering them to grow and develop their skills
- Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and third-party production teams to ensure quality control and smooth project delivery
- Work closely with our Talents, Allround Creatives, Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters to bring concepts to life, ensuring the vision aligns with client goals and is feasible within production constraints
- Solve problems fast and keep the energy positive even when timelines shift
- Own and manage the production budget for each channel

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in production (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of  social media, especially YouTube  
- Driver's license
- Familiarity with production workflows, tools, and media formats
- Strong organizational skills, budget management, negotiation, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead project teams effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with changing priorities.
